Horrible bug

Okay, so, if it werent for this issue Id give it 5 stars but because of this bug I have lowered it to 3. I bought the game when it was on sale and beat it. It was great! Then, I uninstalled to make room for other apps. Came back to it and saw it was made free! Cool! So I reinstalled it and played for a few hours and left it until the next day. Well, for some reason (maybe because I clicked the high res graphics settings before I turned my iPad off) I cant select campaign or multiplayer, or the help. Or the settings or anything but the add funds thing in the corner of the main menu? What happened? I want to play again! Please fix this bug and I will make it 5 starts again.
